The location of Boutique Hotel Trevi is fantastic, just steps from the Trevi Fountain. It's perfect for exploring all the nearby attractions. The beds in the room were comfortable, making it easy to rest after long days of sightseeing. Staff members were friendly and helped with local tips, enhancing our experience. The continental breakfast included fresh pastries and fruit, which I enjoyed each morning. However, the bathroom definitely needs improvement. The shower had inconsistent water temperature, and the curtain didn't do a good job at keeping water inside. The room itself felt cramped, especially maneuvering around the bed. The noise from the busy street outside made it hard to relax. Cleanliness was an issue, particularly in the bathroom where there were signs of mold. Despite its charm, the hotel's furnishings seemed dated and in need of repair. It has great potential if they focus on maintenance and some updates.

Great Location with Room for Improvement
The hotel's proximity to the Trevi Fountain was a highlight of our stay. While we enjoyed the breakfast variety, service was inconsistent. Our room needed better maintenance. broken fixtures and thin towels were disappointing. Asking for more amenities resulted in delays, so pack your essentials!

The location is perfect for exploring the city.
I had such high hopes for this hotel, but it fell short. The bathroom had serious issues with flooding, and the sink was barely attached. To make matters worse, I found black mold around the shower area, which made it feel unsanitary. I expected so much more, and the smell of the hotel only added to my disappointment.

Great location near Trevi Fountain.
The family room was misleadingly labeled. it lacked privacy and space for three adults, which was deeply disappointing. Additionally, the overall condition of the bathrooms was unsatisfactory, with old fixtures and a musty smell. While the staff did their best to accommodate our needs, it didn't fully compensate for these significant shortcomings.

Located just steps away from a famous fountain, making it a prime spot for exploring the city's main attractions. The charming atmosphere enhanced by elegant decor and classic artwork creates a delightful setting for any traveler.
The rooms could use a serious upgrade. the bed was older and uncomfortably hard. I found the shower lacking, with a showerhead that barely functioned and a bathroom needing attention. Housekeeping missed the mark as I usually had only three towels, and there were signs of dust in the room. Additionally, the television failed to pick up any English channels, which wasn't great after a long day out. Lastly, breakfast options felt limited, which might leave some searching for something more satisfying just outside the door.

Staying here was a delight, especially with the kids! We explored the nearby Trevi Fountain daily, and the location was perfect for our family outings. The cozy breakfast area offered delicious options, making mornings enjoyable and stress-free for everyone.
My wife says that there should be more family-friendly activities available.

The location really stands out. all major attractions were just a brisk walk away. The breakfast was outstanding, featuring fresh options that delighted my palate each morning. I loved the elegant ambiance that made me feel like I was in a piece of art. Except for some minor details, like the shower amenities, I'd say this place offered an enjoyable stay.
The shower facilities could use improvement, as they felt less accommodating.

Comfortable Stay with Friendly Service
We stayed for 6 nights in a family room. The staff were incredibly accommodating, helping us switch to two separate rooms after our initial arrangement didn't provide enough privacy. The location is great, just a stroll from iconic sites. Consider requesting an updated room for better comfort.

I stayed here for two nights, and the location blew me away. Just a minute from the Trevi Fountain and surrounded by fantastic restaurants. My room was clean, amenities worked well, and the air conditioning kept me comfortable. Housekeeping was responsive when I needed extra towels. Breakfast had ample options, with great coffee and even gluten-free bread. The lady managing breakfast was super helpful and friendly. However, the bathroom showed signs of wear. Some mold on the silicone around the bath and a bit of a musty smell were noticeable. The shower pressure could be better, but it didn't ruin my stay. I'd definitely return for the location, charm, and hospitality.
